Q: The
item description says ring sizes available are 6.5 and 7 can
this ring be sized to a 8?
A:
Most of of rings can be sized or made
to fit your finger size, products in the value jewelry and
jewelry sale pages are the exception. Channel set and pave
set rings can not be sized. If the product description
states sizes available are 6.5 to 7, these would be the
stocked sizes and are not sizeable. |
Q: I'm
having sapphires set on the sides instead of diamonds on the
ring, if I don't like the ring can I return it?
A:
When you request us to alter any
jewelry item, including sizing (not stocked sized rings)
this is considered custom made, and is not returnable.

If my ring guard will not fit my
engagement ring, can it be returned?
A: Any
jewelry
that is not custom set, the order was
not changed from the listed items in the catalog. Can be
returned. Also you should email us with the product number,
and what your engagement ring is. Many ring guards can be
modified to fit your engagement ring. |
